Mid South drivers travel the open road safely, knowing they have consistent miles and paychecks weekly. Our drivers know they will be home on weekends for their 34-hour restart, and possibly longer! All drivers enjoy taking their assigned equipment home. Drive 2,500 miles or more weekly and be with the ones you love on the weekends (and possibly drop by during the week, if your route allows). At Mid South, our trucks run over the road in all 48 states. We now offer some regional runs in AR, GA, IL, KY, MO, OH, TN, and TX. Drivers and their dispatchers work together to run in preferred areas, depending upon availability.

We know our drivers deserve more for the hard work they do every day. We now offer starting average pay of $58k-$63k, with reviews every six months for pay increases. We have NO top out pay and NEVER a sliding scale!!!
